プレミアムバンダイ内のガンダムベースオンラインショップにて、ガンダムの日にちなんだ特集がされている。

ガンダムの型番はRX-78、この78を7月8日に見立てて、ガンダムの日と呼んでいるようだ。因みに語呂から3月9日はザクの日と呼んでいた。
ラインアップは下図の通り。
SDガンダム、Entry Grade、HG、PG、MG、RGと多種そろっている。PGになるとモデルが1/60と大きなものになり価格も相応だが、完成品を飾るときの見栄えは素晴らしいだろう。
抽選販売ではないので、気になるガンダムがあれば選んで購入を。

The model number of Gundam is RX-78, and it seems that this “78” is called Gundam Day, as if it were July(7) 8. By the way, March(3) 9th was called Zaku Day from the pun in Japanese.
