HGモデルの紹介は最近少ない気がする。今回のザクは本編に登場していたのかな？その点はわからないけどすでに人気で、2次募集、12月発送分の予約をプレミアムバンダイで受付中。

概要

商品の公式ページに掲載されている説明をそのまま引用すると、

アフリカ戦線に投入された局地型ザク－
『機動戦士ガンダムＴＨＥＯＲＩＧＩＮ』ＭＳＤ（ＭｏｂｉｌｅＳｕｉｔＤｉｓｃｏｖｅｒｙ）より、
「ザク」バリエーション系譜に連なる熱帯・砂漠戦仕様機種ザク・デザートタイプの初期生産型”ダブルアンテナ仕様”が商品化。
特徴的な頭部形状を新規再現。印象的な機体カラーを成形色で再現し、迷彩模様やラインマーク等を水転写式デカールで表現。
豊富なオプションパーツ類が付属。

ザクはいろんな戦線の投入された設定だ。宇宙だけでなく地上戦も砂漠、海、寒冷地といろいろある。
中でも砂漠は昔からプラモデルのジオラマの例にしやすい題材なのか、よく目にしたと思う。
そんな砂漠戦に投球された砂漠仕様のザク。人気が高い理由なのかもしれない。

I feel that there are few introductions of HG models these days. Did this Zaku appear in the main story? I don’t know that point, but it’s already popular, and we are accepting reservations for the second recruitment and shipping in December at Premium Bandai.

The initial production type “double antenna specification” of the tropical / desert warfare specification model Zaku / desert type, which is linked to the “Zaku” variation lineage, has been commercialized.
A new reproduction of the characteristic head shape. The impressive body color is reproduced with molding color, and camouflage patterns and line marks are expressed with water slide decals.
A wide variety of optional parts are included.

Zaku is a setting with various fronts. There are various ground battles as well as space, such as deserts, seas, and cold regions. Above all, I think I often saw the desert as a subject that is easy to use as an example of a plastic model diorama. Zaku with desert specifications thrown in such a desert battle. It may be the reason why it is so popular.

Zaku’s characteristic mono eye and desert coloring, and also camouflage pattern. The sight of making a diorama comes to my mind.
